Daniel Brown is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with over 23 years of experience in acquisitions, project management, and capital structuring. As the founder of Vantage Point Realty Advisors, he leads a diverse portfolio that spans residential and multifamily assets, hospitality development, marina investments, and mixed-use properties across the Southeast U.S.

With a background in construction and finance, Daniel brings a hands-on, analytical approach to every deal — from sourcing undervalued assets to repositioning complex projects for long-term growth. His ability to blend on-the-ground execution with institutional-grade strategy has earned the trust of capital partners, lenders, and city stakeholders alike.

Daniel is especially focused on opportunity-driven markets like Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Nevada, where he has overseen projects totaling over $700 million / +/- 3.5M SF developed or acquired. In addition to investment management, he advises family offices, developers, and private equity groups on structuring syndications, sourcing materials, and navigating entitlements.
