Reno City Center is a transformative mixed-use redevelopment of the former Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, located at Lake and 2nd Street in the heart of downtown Reno. The project will feature 530 market-rate residential units, 150,000 square feet of new Class A office space, and 78,500 square feet of curated retail offerings. In total, the development encompasses approximately 1.3 million square feet of renovation and new construction — redefining urban living, working, and entertainment in Reno.
