The Parc Collection S1, LLC

The Parc Collection is a privately held automotive condominium club — a curated community of purpose-built ownership bays paired with the shared amenities of a members-only estate. Each bay is a deeded, fee-simple property: permanent, private, and built to an exacting standard. The Collection offers four bay configurations, from an 800-square-foot owner's suite to a 2,400-square-foot grand atelier, each finished with polished concrete, custom cabinetry, climate control, and full electrical service.

What distinguishes The Parc Collection from conventional automotive storage is the living program that surrounds it. Members enjoy access to a lounge, motor bar, detailing suite, workshop bays, concierge services, and a private events venue — all maintained by the club on behalf of its members. Ownership here is not a lease or a license. It is a permanent address for the things that matter most.
